Very quickly, we identified that not only was Carlie capable of designing what was needed but that she could be trusted as the final approval, and as such, she was for most things from years at Enlighten. Not only can she be trusted with the final say, but she was also subject to some egregious timelines and was able to do what was necessary to meet those deadlines in order for the team to succeed and meet all the downstream deadlines.

From graphics to video recording and editing, she proved to be a tremendous asset to the team. Her unique ideas, wonderful personality, eagerness to participate, learn, teach, and the way she took pride in her work were absolutely refreshing. Special projects were often assigned with unrealistic deadlines, and she always provided exceptional work on time. She embraces her work in a way that shows passion, appreciation and understanding of what she’s working on.

It was a pleasure working with Carlie. She is very passionate about her work and has an incredible eye. She showed up every day with such a vibrant and positive attitude that lifted the rest of the team. I was immensely pleased with her design level, diligent efforts, her ability to concept, and her willingness to wear multiple hats and step up to the plate on any project that came her way. She fostered a respectful work environment with the team, and cross functional partners, as she regularly went above and beyond executing creative for all audiences and pillars of the business.
